Jade offers work focused on nervous system regulation and bodily exploration. If you wish, you will be invited to pay attention to your sensations and relearn how to release the natural regulatory processes of the nervous system.

Jade holds a Master's degree in Clinical Neurosciences from the University of Fribourg. At the same time, she began training in Somatic Experiencing®, an approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine, focused on nervous system regulation and trauma resolution.

Currently, Jade continues her training at Sana Mente, where she practices according to the principles of Person-Centered Psychotherapy (PCA) to obtain the title of psychotherapist in this approach.

Billing:

Psychotherapy sessions are covered by basic health insurance. A referral from a physician or psychiatrist is required from the first session for LAMAL reimbursement.
